Privacy Policy
Effective 18 October 2026
Who we are
This website, dallagames.com, is run by Dalla Games Inc., the developer of AeonFall. If you have any question about this policy or your data, write to dalla.gamedev@gmail.com.
What we collect, and why
| Visit statistics | We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used: pages viewed, the site that sent you here, approximate country and city, device and browser type, and actions on this page (for example pressing a Steam button, playing the trailer, changing the language, opening an FAQ answer, how far you scroll). Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We use this only to improve the site and our announcements. |
|---|---|
| Your language | The language you choose is saved in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers it. It is not sent to us. |
| If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply to you. |
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use advertising cookies.
Cookies
_ga, _ga_<ID> | Google Analytics. Distinguishes one visitor from another. Expires after up to 2 years. |
|---|---|
aeon-lang | Local storage. Remembers the language you chose. Necessary. |
If you do not want to be counted, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way.
Other services on the page
- YouTube — the trailer is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play. From then on YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.
- Steam — Steam buttons take you to Valve’s store, where Valve’s privacy policy applies.
- Hosting — the site is served by GitHub Pages. Like any web server, GitHub may keep technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security.
Where the data goes, and how long we keep it
Visit statistics are processed by Google LLC, including on servers in the United States. Statistics data is kept for no longer than 14 months and is then deleted automatically. Emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
Your rights
You can stop being counted at any time as described under “Cookies” above. You can also ask us to tell you what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by emailing dalla.gamedev@gmail.com. If you are in the EU/UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
